This is an evaluation of a 6 month plan, with the goal of balancing projections
to properly plan future sales.

TURN:
RECCOMENDATIONS:
- Stock to sales ratios high for each month (above 3) creating low turn
SALES %:
- Jan sales % too high for after holiday sales
- Nov sales % too low due to holiday
MKD%’S:
- Aug MKDNS too high for the beginning of fall (MMU will fall because selling on promotion as opposed to reg price)
- Nov MKDNS too low due to holiday launch/ Nov events (missed sales & opportunity)
TURN:
- Turning faster than 6-month plan, but relatively slow (below 2)
RECCOMENDATIONS:
- Decrease stock in all months to lower STS & increase turn
- Plan Jan sales % lower due to after holiday sales decrease
- Increase Nov sales percent due to holiday launch & events
- Decrease Aug markdowns due to it being the beginning of the season
- Increase Nov markdowns due to holiday
